Why GCAF Exists

Global standards bodies were not designed to keep pace with technologies like AI, blockchain, or DeFi. Oversight is fragmented. Certification practices vary by sector, jurisdiction, and enforcement capability — leaving critical systems without consistent quality, ethics, or trust.

GCAF fills that gap.

We are a meta-accreditor. We accredit certification bodies and, when needed, directly accredit programs and systems in high-risk domains. Our mandate is to:
